South Coast Tours

The popular South Coast route goes through the beloved eponymous region in Iceland. During one day, you visit Seljalandsfoss and Skogafos waterfalls, Dyrholaey south cape, Reynisfjara black sand beach, and others. For those looking to explore more sights in the south of Iceland, we suggest extending the tour further east to the Skaftafell park and impressive Vatnajokull, the largest glacier in Europe. The Jokulsarlon glacier lagoon will be the culmination of the trip and furthest destination from Reykjavik. We can do the extended South Coast & Glacier Lagoon tour during a long summer day. To explore the main sights of the extended route at a relaxed pace or at times other than summer, we recommend you to spend a couple of days in south Iceland with an overnight stay in Vik, Kirkubaejarklaustur, or near the Glacial Lagoon.
